Sioux Falls (South Dakota) is a beautiful and interesting city to visit in the United States.
Full of tourist attractions and historical sites, has good hotels and more than 500 restaurants to suit all tastes.
There are a number of neighborhood malls and shopping centers.

Downtown has many specialty stores selling all sorts of wares from Norwegian sweaters to Turkish handmade rugs.
Nightlife is dazzling. Plays, dance clubs, casinos and music add to the excitement.
The Great Plains Zoo also makes a great family outing with more than 1000 species of animals.

Other family attractions include: Thunder Road Family Fun Park, Wild Water West Waterpark, and Jesse James Pontoon Rides. There are also tennis courts, swimming pools, ball fields, skating parks, bike paths, basketball courts, ski trails, tubing and sledding facilities, and ice skating rinks
The north end of the town is bordered by the glacial lakes where fishing and camping are popular.
And, amid beautiful surroundings, the Missouri River is one of the top spots in the country for fishing.
The Howard Wood Field is one of the best football and track facilities in the country. And checking out a Canaries baseball game at The Baseball Stadium makes for a great summer pastime.

FALLS PARK - Sioux Falls is named for the Sioux tribe of American Indians and the waterfalls of the Big Sioux River, located a few blocks from today's downtown district.
Falls Park features a triple waterfall, visitor center and viewing tower, café, and historic ruins visited by people from around the world.
At Falls Park, located at North Phillips Avenue and Falls Park Drive, visitors can see the city's namesake as well as some of the first buildings built in Sioux Falls.
Explore the Imagination Studio at the Kirby Science Discovery Center in the Washington Pavilion, experience the habitat of over 800 free flying butterflies at the Sertoma Butterfly House and Purdy Marine Cove, or feel the energy of local and national indigenous art at Prairie Star Gallery.

KIKN-FM (100.5 FM, "Kickin' Country 100.5") licensed to Salem, South Dakota, it serves the Sioux Falls and South Dakota area.
Due to signal issues within Sioux Falls since the transmitter is located over 35 miles from the city, KIKN until recently also had a translator at 100.1 FM with the call sign K261CI.
The translator went off the air in November 2007, as KDEZ launched on that frequency.
The station is currently owned by Townsquare Media.
KIKN FM is one of the best country music radio stations in the United States.
